  • 4 very ripe bananas
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon

Vegan Banana Bread with Oatmeal Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F ( about 170 degrees C), and spray a 9″x5″x3″ loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray
  2. Place all the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in the large bowl than mix together, until combined.
  3. Add the bananas and soy milk in another bowl than mix well until smooth.
  4. Mix well the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients then mix well until completely combined.
  5. Pour batter into prepared 9″x5″x3″ loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F ( about 170 degrees C) for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of Vegan Banana OatMeal Bread comes out clean.
  7. Allow the Bread to cool on a wire cooling rack at least 30 minutes then transfer to cooling rack to cool completely before serving.
