  • 3 large Black bananas
  • 75g Vegetable Oil
  • 50g Chopped Walnuts

Simple Vegan Banana Bread Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 390 degrees F ( about 200 degrees C), and spray a 9″x5″x3″ loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray
  2. Mash all black banana until smooth, than beat well with the vegetable oil and brown sugar.
  3. Place the flour, baking powder and cinnamon then mix well until combined.
  4. Add remaining additional ingredients.
  5. Pour batter into prepared 9″x5″x3″ loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray
  6. Bake at 390 Degree F for 20 Minutes
  7. Cover the Bread with all of 50 grams Chopped Walnuts
  8. Bake continue for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of Simple Vegan Banana Bread comes out clean.
  9. Allow the Bread to cool on a wire cooling rack at least 30 minutes then transfer to cooling rack to cool completely before serving.
  10. Note: This Bread will be extra delicious when store at least one day before serving
